As Office Manager, Amy McNaughton has been building business relationships since 2018. She thoroughly enjoys working with the team at Romer and their amazing clients.

Amy is an entrepreneur at heart. She has created and sold three businesses, two of which made the Inc. 5000 list. Rather than retire, she brought her talents to Romer and is inspired by every connection and every admin challenge.

Amy chose Bloomington as her home because of its proximity to the MSP International Airport and all the activities of the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro. She has three adult children. The eldest just finished law school in Chicago; the middle daughter lives in the metro and works in logistics; and the youngest is a truck driver, delivering goods across the country and loving it.

Outside of work, you’ll find Amy learning from nature, art, and books or traveling and spending
time with friends and family. For 21 years, she was very involved in her alma mater, Wells College, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree. She also served for 13 years on the board of trustees and still participates in educational workshops.

Amy’s bucket list? She intends to travel to all 50 states and has only four left. After that, we’ll see which of her favorites she visits again!
